After we laid this out and followed instructions to allow it to fluff up, it was put on top of my electric bed gel mattress and the comfort I get now is unbelievable.I now sleep about 4 hrs compared to1 1/2 hrs. I’ve had 10 back surgeries all of which have fail, two slipped disc added onto the last bad surgery and the pain of trying to sleep is almost 2 hrs throughout the night. I am finally getting some rest with this pad on top of my thick gel mattress that moves and fills in to fit my body position I have tried form pads and other taps of mattress pads but non has help and a lot of wasted money I couldn’t afford. I decided to give this one last chance and I’m so glad i did.

Their customer service is 10 stars but there bed cover i give a 7/10. It’s extremely comfortable. The ONLY issue is, is that after a little time it starts to go over the mattress on all 4 sides. If you order this you might want to order 1 size smaller than your actual mattress size then after a couple months it will have been broken in enough and will fit your mattress perfectly.As for the customer service. I contacted them about a small stain and they gave me a refund without any questions asked and told me to keep the product. Now that’s the kind of customer service every seller should be giving their customers!

Ok so when this came and I got it opened, I was worried. It’s not your normal mattress topper. It has a ton of little memory foams in there so you have to manipulate them. I left it alone for an hour or so and came back to a wonderful fluff mattress topper. It does have straps on the corners to put under the mattress. All in all I’m loving it
