   I have bought many toppers in the past year and they ended up smashing flat in a week or two or turned lumpy after washing. I took a chance on this one and OMGOSH so glad I did. I’ve had bad back problems and several surgeries that started at a young age. Getting comfy has been so hard. I’ve been diagnosed with Adhesive Arachnoiditis, a rare disease, that causes inflammation an tumors in my spinal canal. Second most painful disease with bone cancer being the first. Lying down is the least painful so I’m in my bed A LOT. My mattress has to be firm but that causes my hips and shoulders to hurt. If it’s too soft my back hurts even worse. This topper has been my happy medium. It adds the softness I need for those pressure points but not so soft that it defeats the purpose of having a firm mattress. It’s still like sleeping on a cloud. I’ve slept the best ever since putting it on the bed. The first few days that’s basically all I did was sleep and that’s ok bcuz I needed it. I wasn’t awake after a couple of hours bcuz my pain level was out the roof. I’ve been in heaven! I’ve read some reviews where ppl have bought 2 and put both on. I could see were that would make an instant fluffy fluffy pillowtop. It’s still pretty fluffy with just one! I have a king size so my Aide has to take it to the laundromat to wash in the big washer and big dryer. I think any size should be taken to the laundromat anyways! That’s where I messed up before when I had a full size bed. Putting toppers in a home washer, even a large capacity is gonna mess it up. Especially if your washer has an agitator. So far so good with this one being washed. Oh yeah, haven’t been sweating either! You’re not gonna go wrong with this one. Go ahead and spend the extra $20-$25 IT’S WORTH IT! All the others I’ve bought have been around the $60 mark and didn’t last. Wished I’d found this one first. It only took two days to get to me. Another plus! Best money I’ve spent. Love it!!
