** Update: My husband was able to get holes drilled in where we needed them and the bed is great. After getting intouch with the company they compensated us fairly for the inconvenience since i did not want to have to break the bed back down and deal with returns. Very happy with my customer service experience and they ensured that the photos I took and comments were directed to the manufacturer in order to make sure that the issue does not happen again for future orders.****Everything was going great until I got to where I was building the dresser part. The front face for the dresser was manufactured in correctly. The “bump out pieces” shown covered the hole where the bolt was suppose to go and was supposed to be on the top side of the face piece. My husband is trying to work out a way to salvage this by killing the holes on the other side since we do not want to disassemble everything and process a return after getting over half of the bed assembled. I am going to reach out for some kind of credit for this for this hassle and us having to jimmy rig this dresser together.
