I was really unsure if this would help my back pain which was the main reason I purchased this topper. BUT to my surprise it helped! No more tossing and turning all night, my back isn’t hurting as bad in the morning. I sleep pretty much the whole night now. Cooling wise, I don’t really feel it but it’s not hot either. I would recommend this mattress topper for complete comfort and a good nights sleep. The price was pretty great too!
