One of the handle of damage during the shipping process. I have already assembled it, I don’t want return the whole thing just because a damaged handle. Instead, I contact their manufacture directly, they responded within 24 hrs and send me a replacement after confirm the order number and a picture shows the damaged part. Besides customer service, I’m pretty satisfied with the quality. The only downside is it may take a bit longer than I thought to assemble it.
