I needed a replacement of an old sunbeam one that still works but has lost its vitality. It is a twin size that I lay horizontally at the bottom of my queen bed, to have the heat on my legs and feet. I bought this after looking at many reviews especially ones at lower price points. I chose the full size because I wanted the heat to reach my upper thighs and butt. It was super disappointing to see when I laid it over my twin size to compare, the wiring was only a few inches more when I was expecting 10. There are 6 inch margins on both sides that do not have any heat wires. The old sunbeam twin, the wires went to the very edge. Such a bummer that companies skimp on everything these days. I will keep because it does heat up quick, the controller is nice, and all the queen sizes have dual controllers which I do not need nor want.
