so far so good as a loft bed – we use a 6 inch Cooling & Breathable mattress on topEase of assembly was ok a me d me me to definitely REQUIRES TWO PEOPLE.Stability is good so far and holds up to 400LB. I was able to be up there just fine. I’m not sure about the Noise level yet, but I anticipate squeaks. The large open Storage Space underneath can used used for a number of things – we set up my son’s recliner, with 2 tables, his my TV and DVD player and collection of movies (but it can be used for be another bed or as a play area) I’m thinking of adding curtains to give him as hideaway place. the great value for the extra storage space and the size is tolerable if you have a high ceilingwwe have added lights to the hideaway area and pool noodles on the ladder. my son said they hurt. his feet.

Absolutely the best loft bed you can get, easy to put together only took about 45mins – 1hr. Very sturdy! Extremely impressed! Only thing that was annoying was the labeling for the hardware but it was manageable.
