   I’ll admit, when I gifted this mattress topper to my son for Christmas, I wasn’t expecting fireworks. In a world where video games and cash reign supreme, a bedding accessory seemed like a snooze fest. But oh, how wrong I was.Initially, my son’s reaction was lukewarm at best. But fast forward a few months, and he’s singing a different tune. Recently, he approached me with a grin ear to ear, praising the very same mattress topper he had once shrugged off.Curiosity piqued, I decided to give it a try myself. And boy, am I glad I did! The comfort, the support—it’s like sleeping on a cloud. It transformed my son’s sleep experience, and now, it’s doing the same for me.To anyone considering this mattress topper, I say this: don’t let initial impressions deceive you. It may not seem as flashy as a video game console, but its impact on sleep quality is nothing short of remarkable.

   Our mattress is a little bit too firm and the topper has added the right amount of fluffiness to make it comfortable for us. We are also both pretty hot sleepers and noticed that this seems to diffuse the heat and make sleeping less sweaty compared to just our mattress. We opted to fluff it up in the dryer after we opened up the vacuum packed bag and noticed that it continued to fluff up during the 24 hours after opening. We haven’t washed it yet, hoping it continues to be just as comfortable after the first wash.Edit: Just want to add that this topper is still great after more than a year!
