When I bought my bed 4 years ago, I wanted the firmest mattress I could find. My husband says it’s like sleeping on a board! I loved it…until I fell down in December. I fell again in January and that fall resulted in sciatic problems. I’ve been to three doctors for help. I was not sleeping at night and even laying on the couch did not provide much relief. I was going to buy a new mattress until I thought about looking for a mattress pad first to see if that would work. My bed is one where you can raise the head and foot portion. I didn’t see any comments anywhere about any pads being used on that kind of bed. I liked the promo for this pad and thought I would give it a try. AM I EVER GLAD I DID!!! THIS IS A LIFESAVER! I’m sleeping 5-7 hours each night. No bones or joints hurt in bed!!! I feel as though I was sleeping on a cloud of fluff. My sciatic pains are going away …still there, but so much better.
