   My kids had been asking for a bunk bed for months, so I finally bought this Full XL over Queen metal one. It’s well-made and feels very solid – something I really care about with my kids climbing up and down all day. There were lots of parts to put together and it took me several hours, but the instructions made sense. The ladder feels secure and the railing on the top bunk is tall enough that I don’t worry about falls during the night.The bed really did help clear up space in the kids’ room, and we can fit storage boxes underneath which is a nice bonus. I was worried about arguments over who got the top bunk, but the kids actually sorted it out themselves without any drama. Finding sheets is a bit tricky since the top and bottom bunks are different sizes, but that’s a minor issue. Despite the lengthy assembly time, I’m happy with the purchase – it’s sturdy, the kids love it, and I think it’ll last us quite a while.
