   I was very pleased with this product. It came generously sized and could be trimmed a little to fit my mattress. I have ordered pads in the past and they weren’t the specified thickness. This one is actually 3″. I didn’t notice any unpleasant odor. I did let it air out and rest on my mattress for about 10 hours before putting my pad and sheets on it. It does have a faint lavender scent, but it was not noticeable by the time I went to bed. I had a 2 inch foam topper on my bed and this was an amazing improvement. It really helped make the pressure points on my bones more comfortable.

   A relief for my hip. Adds to the mattress depth so make sure your sheets can handle it but well worth it if you need to buy straps for the sheets. I thought I’d feel the lumps but there wasn’t any of that sensation at all.

   I got this 3-inch egg crate foam topper to make our queen bed a bit more comfortable, and it definitely adds a nice layer of softness. The 7-zone design gives a gentle, contouring feel that makes it more comfortable for side and back sleeping.It’s lightweight, easy to unroll, and expanded quickly after opening. It also sleeps cooler than I expected, which was a nice surprise since foam can sometimes run hot.One thing to note: it doesn’t really smell like lavender at all.    Pros: price, ease of prepping, no smell, comfort, doesn’t retain body heat to the point of cooking.Cons: I can’t think of anyI moved back home so my parents wouldn’t have to live in a nursing home or assisted facility yet. Unfortunately my mattress and box springs were the same ones from high school. Dad knew they were but Mom defied our statements and said that my bed was all new. I tried sleeping on it for weeks but the constant poking of the old springs was too much. I finally bought this memory foam topper thing and just placed it on top of my old mattress. It’s been doing great! I don’t feel the springs poking through and I haven’t maintained any hot flashes while sleeping.
