Update 2/20/2024The seller contacted me today to address my issue with the item. She understands that I dont want to return or exchange it because it is hassle to ship it back, so she offered me partial refund for the damage. I am totally satisfied with her offer.The packages were delivered in decent shape, but some parts were damaged. Luckily, the damages visible well. I could have return it, but I dont want to put bulky and heavy parts into boxes to return. The product isn’t great test quality, but i got what I paid for. Putting it together wasn’t hard at all, but not easy as Ikea stuff.
