The media could not be loaded.Some tips from my experience. The directions say to leave the screws loose as you assemble, I had to loosen mine some to align the holes. The center leg and upper back support bar both need you to squeeze the padded sections together so its tight and the holes align. This appears to be where people are struggling. I found that leaving the bottom two screws out of the center legs allowed easier alignment, and then put those screws in last. Also, for the slats – hook one end, stretch them out and hook the other end, then push the slats down onto the Velcro. Overall assembly isn’t difficult, but a 2nd set of hands will help. The bed looks great in our room and is strong and not too heavy to move around. Wife loves it.

The design and overall aesthetic are nice. It should look nice in any room. I didn’t have a problem with things aligning like some of the other reviews, but I did have a couple of issues with the screws not gripping once tightened pretty well. The screws are still in place but, if you try to screw them any tighter, there’s no grip. Another thing to keep in mind is the height. Overall depths and length are good but consider the height of your mattress because you’ll find it difficult to sit on comfortably if your mattress get close to the top of that 27 inch armrest. It’s kind of high. The building with two people took about an hour—make sure you position the sides correctly because it’s a little hard to tell what’s what from the simple instructions. The fabric feels nice, too. Structure also feels solid when sleeping and sitting on it. I just wish it was designed so the legs were either removable, adjustable, or much shorter. I really don’t need all that space underneath.
