Wife Bought this bed for our son. His first big boy bed! Initially I put it together and reilzed I was missing a few peiceS. In a hurry I contacted their customer service line via email and phone. It was a Saturday so I had to wait till Monday for a response. When they contacted me it was through email and we’re very apologetic about the ordeal. They were extremely helpful and diligent in get me what I needed. I continued to get phone calls and emails with updates on were my missing peices were. Everything arrived a week after I initially put the bed together. Once I put the last finishing touches it was a master piece. Bed is solid wood. Paint job is done beautifully and it’s just as described as far as size goes. As for color the Grey is darker than we thought but it worked out because we have light floors and we with white bedding. Really happy with the customer service support and my son loves his bed. Thank you to this company definitely reccommed!
