   This topper is comfortable to sleep on and seems to be of good quality. It had no odd smell that I could notice. I found the thickness (3 inches) to be accurate to the listing.I already have a cooling, comfortable mattress (Puffy brand) that we’re happy with, but when we bought it I didn’t want to pay around $500 extra for the slightly thicker, softer version, even though that sounded nice. I imagine this topper adds something comparable to that softer upgrade, at a fraction of the price. It seems to have a cooling effect comparable to our cooling mattress. Overall I’m happy with the extra softness and padding it adds.I do notice that when I’m on the edge of the bed, the topper compresses in such a way that it seems to “dump” me off the edge, whereas my mattress alone held its shape better and did not have that effect at the edge. Even so, we’re happy with it.I feel the price was appropriate for the quality of the product.

   One thing I really like about this topper is how tightly secure the thick elastic bands fit to the mattress so that the topper doesn’t move at all. My husband is a restless sleeper and he manages to actually move the mattress off the box spring while he sleeps so I wasn’t sure that a topper would work well for us but, amazingly, this topper has stay snugly attached to the mattress for a few weeks now.The fabric that’s on top of the topper feels similar to a a bamboo derivative which is meant to be cooling and while it’s cool to the touch, once you place the sheets over it and lay on it for a bit, I don’t notice much cooling. Having said that, it doesn’t heat up either. Many toppers will hold onto body heat causing it to feel like it’s heated but this topper does not do that, which is a good thing.One of the issues I’ve had with toppers in the past is that they tend to sink in after time and because this topper is rather soft, I have found it’s begun to sink in a little in the areas which we tend to lay the most. However, it DOES inflate again after about 12 hours without being on top of it. This is an unusual but welcomed feature of this topper. I can only hope it continues to do this.Our bed is a king size but it’s actually two twin beds put together so we’ve had this uncomfortable crease in the middle which has been an obstacle getting rid of but this topper has made the crease unnoticeable. I recommend this topper for anyone who wants a soft but thick mattress topper that won’t cause you to overheat during the night.

   Wow, this is beyond comfortable! I was a little hesitant because sometimes ordering online pillow toppers I am never actually happy with them, but this one is a go for me! It’s so comfortable and I feel like I’ve been sleeping better the last few days since I’ve had it on my bed.
