I was surgically thrust into early menopause, and the night sweats were the worst. I had always been a bundled up sort of sleeper, so this was really throwing me off. I don’t like Fans blowing on me. I discovered a gel pillow that helped, but the rest of my body was constantly warm. This sheet is a game changer!! I knew I loved it, but until last night when I had a different sheet on while this one was in the wash, I didn’t know how necessary it truly is. I waited until it was done, put it on the bed straight out of the dryer, so warm…but it instantly cooled down and I had magical sleep. Highly recommend. Literally could not recommend more. Going to buy another for backup right now!

It really fits nice and the cover sheet does have a cooling effect. The comforter helps with my bed so it’s not so hard on my body. I can soy also it’s kitten approved. I can’t keep them off my bed.

The sheet is cold, initially, when you first get into bed. But, then it warms up and seems to stay warm throughout the night. The mattress cover is nice and adds some additional softness to our bed. I’m just not sure the set was worth the money.
