   Very fluffy mattress pad. I washed as directed it before using and it held up great. It is very well-sewn and even after the wash, all the insides remain intact and didn’t bunch up. I account this due to the quality of the stitching pattern. I cannot believe how soft and fluffy it is. It is the only mattress pad I have purchased that seems to make a big difference once placed on the bed. Feels like sleeping on a cloud. Love it! So glad I got it.

   The Delara 100% Organic Cotton Shell GOTS Certified Diamond Quilted Stretchable and Waterproof Membrane Treated, 20 Inch Deep Pocket Oeko-TEX Certified, 300 Thread Count, Mattress Pad and Protector is definitely nice quality but not exactly as expected.This is a very nice, better than basic, mattress pad and protector. I do feel that some of the advertising photos are misleading though. The pad/protector in the product listing photos appears to be a several inches thick, similar to that of a fluffy mattress topper. That presumed loft shown on photos is what led us to order. However, upon receipt of actual product and close scrutiny of product dimensions, the pad is barely about one inch in actual loft (thickness).While the pad/protector is better than average quality, I believe it is significantly overpriced at $160.00/queen (price at the time of order). Similar products sell for less than half the price of this product. At the current price ($160/queen), the mattress pad should have significant loft such as those displayed in the advertising photos, making it the equivalent to an actual mattress topper.The pad/protector is also advertised in a few places to have 20” deep pockets but fine print says it fits up to 18”. I find 18” to be accurate.Overall a nice quality, better than basic pad/protector for your mattresses. My husband loved it. I felt it fell short matching it’s advertising fine points. He would rate it 5 stars, I would rate 3 stars so we are going with the middle and rating 4 stars. The quality is there but the price is too far off point. Summary, better prices can be found on similar quality products.

   This is such a lovely mattress pad. When I was a kid I lived in Germany for years and I remember the absolutely wonderful down mattresses they had. I have not ever been able to find anything quite like that in the United States. This is not exactly the same thing, but it sure is reminiscent of that, and that makes me happy.What makes me happier is that it’s water resistant. I am clumsy, and I spend a lot of time on my computer in my bed. I cannot tell you how many times that I’ve spilled coffee, dinner, soup, and God knows what else on my mattress. I love that this topper means that there will be no harm no foul when I actually spell something. It is a great relief to me.So, I’d say go for it I just don’t see a downside with this product. It’s great
