I bought this mattress pad in twin XL to help smooth out some unevenness in a mattress top. As others have stated, it isn’t super plush, but it fills the need that I had. I had a mattress with some uncomfortable quilting that I just wanted to smooth out and soften the edges of. It fits the mattress well, it is snug fitting and doesn’t shift around. I think it is quiet and comfortable to sleep on. It breathes well to keep me cool, dry and comfortable.

Dorm mattresses are notoriously the most uncomfortable thing to sleep on, so a topper and mattress pad are essential. I really like that this mattress pad stretches to fit a deeper mattress. It fits perfectly over the mattress with a 3 inch foam topper and stays in place without bunching up, even when you’re moving around at night. I needed something to protect my 5 year olds new mattress. In order to keep her bed in good condition I wanted to be sure that spills or accidents would not soak into the mattress. This protector pad has prevented any fluid, dirt, oil or moisture reaching the mattress. It is soft, airy and breathable. It has added comfort to her mattress. It fits her xl twin bed snugly. It has high elasticity and can fit deep pockets. I like that it’s easy to care for, when needed I just toss it in the washing machine.

It could use a bit more stuffing, but it is soft, comfortable, and has enough of an absorption on my back for me.Regarding stuffing I think it is a tough balance. Too much stuffing is no good in my opinion and too little is also no good. So maybe this one deserves credit for finding a good balancé.
