   This is so good in so many ways that I’m willing to overlook the one thing that was mildly annoying. First all, the good things: This is toasty and warm. The controls are easy to understand and control, and this is really thick and comfortable. It really is perfect in so many ways. The only downside is that the cord connector is about four inches in from the edge of the bed. If you lie on the edge of the bed it may be uncomfortable if you don’t have a thick bed protector above it. It’s not too bad, but it is hard so you will notice it unless you work around it.

   We’ve used small heating pads before, but one for the entire mattress…this is amazing. It’s a nice gentle heat with a lot of settings. You can heat the top or bottom for head or feet, or the entire pad. Each side of the mattress has its own controller so your spouse can choose what they want and you can choose what you want. There are 9 different heat settings as well.

   The is a comfortable, warm and highly functional heated mattress pad. My wife and I have very different settings but each of us use the extra heat in the footbed to help relieve some soreness in our ankles, effectively you can use this pad for pain relief.The pad itself is fairly thick adding some extra padding to your mattress. The controls allow a HUGE level of variance. It can be just a little warm to screamin warm. The lighted controller units (yes, the lights go out quickly) are easy to use with just four buttons. One for turning on and off, the second for setting the hours from 1 to 9 and the other two control the upper body heat level and footbed level.My ONLY complaint….. the electrical interface, where the cord attaches to the pad, is located in a really weird place. See photos. It is located at the upper belly level and right on top of the pad several inches in from the edge. In our case, we ordered a King (near future purchase) and are using it on a Queen bed. Unbeknownst to us, this worked out really well. Since the pad is oversized, the connectors are over the bed’s edge and out of our way. But if we had the right size, it would be an issue since you will be laying on the connector itself.With all that said……… We both LOVE this mattress pad and will never go back to a “substandard” unit again.Even with the connector issue………. Highly Recommended.
