This mattress topper works! I only give it a 4 because it is a memory foam item and you sink in (not much with this topper, I am heavy). My innerspring matress which my husband needs to be firm did not have enough padding for my arthritic hips, shoulders and knees but this is the perfect amount of added padding. It does not slip off the side of the matress but stays in place. It has definitely helped me sleep an extra hour or two. I have purchased several very expensive toppers in the last year and this is the best one. My husband who needs a firm mattress for his back also finds it comfortable. It does not cause you to feel overheated but remains cool. It does take a day at least to puff up, but is easy to install.

This mattress pad is truly one in a million. It’s comfortable, it’s versatile, it’s cooling (yes, it lives up to the description), and it’s practical. This is the only mattress pad of this sort that I’ve found to have a removable cover; that alone raises its value in my eyes. While I intend to use it with a mattress cover, it’s nice to have that flexibility for cleaning.I appreciate that it has both a firm and a soft side. I feel this balances it out quite nicely, whichever side you lie on. The versatility is nice for those of us whose comfort needs vary depending on our day-to-day health or activity levels.The cooling effect is also nice for those of us “of a certain age” (or for those who simply sleep hot for any reason). My sleep system needed a level-up, and this mattress pad delivered. I highly recommend it.I’ll check back in after I’ve used it for a while to give a more well-rounded review, but for right now, this mattress pad is perfect.

I don’t normally write reviews and I buy a ton on Amazon, but this warranted a review. Very comfortable mattress, used it in my racecar trailer over the weekend on the floor, and we didn’t sink in/feel the floor at all. I’m not sure what side we used firm or soft. Before, we were using a self inflatable insulated foam mattress and it developed a pinhole leak somewhere so I was looking for a mattress topper, this was much more comfortable. Very happy I bought this and wouldn’t hesitate to buy another and most likely will! It got down to mid 40s at night and the bed/floor didn’t get cold/seep through the foam at all.

I needed a new twin mattress for my teen, but couldn’t afford one just yet, so this mattress topper seemed like a good option. Unfortunately, because we board many dogs and cats, my daugther’s mattress has taken on a bit of animal happenings.This mattress topper will hold her until a new mattress can be purchased, and even then, she’ll probably want to still keep it on. After we let it “plump” up for 48 hours and put it on, she lay down and fell asleep within minutes. This is my teen whom I cannot get to go to sleep before midnight. She felt it was so comfortable she passed out on it at 8pm.Flip side to suit yoru preference- one side is softer, the other firmer.
