Update: the seller has offered to refund my purchase. So, the seller is responsive and making it right. Maybe the topper I got was a reject. I added a star to my review for the customer service.I bought this to make a Flex sleeper sofa more comfy. But, this Full size mattress pad is 3.5″ shorter than advertised; it’s 71.5″ instead of 75″. It is 52″ wide, rather than 54″. One of the loops for the tie straps was cut in half. All of the buckles for the elastic straps were put on wrong. I wanted to send it back, but house guests were coming the next day, so I just dealt with it as is. The pad itself is actually pretty nice and comfortable, cover fabric is soft. Just a weird wonky product, it’s too bad. If I had paid full price I would be PO-ed, even at a small discount it’s not worth it.

This topper is on the firm side, but it’s exactly what you’d expect for a memory gel: very supportive and comfortable. What’s awesome is that there is absolutely NO chemical smell whatsoever, even right after opening, which was a huge relief for someone who is sensitive to that. Once no smell was discovered, my concerns moved to the intense compression of the topper for shipping. The company said to allow 24-48 hours for it to spring back, but mine took an entire week for all sections to go back to the full 3″. Love it so much, I just ordered a 2nd one for another bed!

Unpacked easily, decompress to quickly, fits the mattress perfectly. Their mattress is a very firm mattress, so this is exactly what was needed to provide just a little bit of cushion for that sinking soft, feeling without losing any support. The straps that anchor it to the mattress also are a real plus. Perfection!
