I thought and researched these for agesThen this one had a sale/deal. Bingo.When it arrived, I spread it out to air on a hardwood floor. Then I tried it out for just a minute…..Slept there for several hours. Woke up feeling great, no aches or pains, no waking up hot. It’s already better than the bed.Admittedly, got it for the guest bed, a different size than mine, and I have not tried it on an actual mattress. But in a different size, I may not even need a mattress!

The foam needs replacing after two years of having the original. The sleep isn’t that great anymore because of the body moldings in the old foam. Best time to get this replaced for a better snooze in the summertime. This is cool to the touch and with a sheet over it, it stays cool. If you put a sheet protector or something else like that you don’t benefit from the coolness but you do get a squish marshmallow feel when your body sinks in.I would definitely say it helped relieve pressure that the air mattress could do for the aching details of that moment. Once you put this one you can actually feel the other person moving around. I never had that happen before. Not loving that, I might just put this inside the mattress if it bothers me enough about feeling all the movement with hubby.
